We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
