We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
