Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stocking tasks efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficiency in following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
