Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of effectively managing a store, preparing you for running your own store successfully. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, develop operational plans, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities to provide top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and embody company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions are met.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Participate in hiring store personnel and managing staffing schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for staff development.
• Manage store budgets and expenses while ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Experience in retail management and operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
