Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for the responsibilities of managing a store effectively. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing action plans while nurturing and growing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Understand and promote the company's core values to foster a sense of teamwork.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and freshness.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store personnel.
• Monitor store performance and budget targets.
• Ensure a safe and well-organized store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Strong ability to lead and work in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Experience in budgeting and personnel management.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and cash registers.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
