Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store operations to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring and leading your team to success.

• Supervise team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Maintain store appearance and product quality standards.
• Participate in recruitment and staff scheduling.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in applying company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in retail, with prior management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
