Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our exceptional team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules effectively.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
• Identify training and development opportunities for staff improvement.
• Manage payroll, budget, cash audits, and inventory levels.
• Provide a safe store environment for employees, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role.
• Ability to lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and foster open communication.
• Proficient in interpreting company policies and procedures, and driving team performance.
• Experience in retail management and operating a cash register efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• Blend of education and experience equivalent to the required knowledge.
