Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. As a key member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the team in providing outstanding customer service

- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training programs
- Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations for employees
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience and management skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
