Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of effectively managing a store, with the opportunity to advance to running your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while supporting and mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training programs.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and merchandising standards are met.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail and prior management roles preferred.
