Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team, receiving comprehensive training to prepare for a successful store management role. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, develop operational plans, and lead a team to achieve store performance goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Flexibility for training at various locations as required.
• Adherence to state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
