Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-tier customer service.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and enforcing company policies.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
