Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-tier customer service.

Requirements
- 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in interpreting and enforcing company policies.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
