We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will immerse yourself in all aspects of store operations to prepare for running your own store successfully. Your role involves supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while nurturing and guiding the team.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting and implementing company policies.
• Experience in goal setting and performance management.
• Competency in budgeting and operational cost control.
• Previous retail experience, with managerial background preferred.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent considered.
• Prior management experience desirable.
