Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing your own store successfully. You will supervise day-to-day store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop operational strategies while mentoring and leading the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to provide top-notch customer service.
• Understand and communicate company values and strategies to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and hiring processes.
• Establish job expectations, conduct evaluations, and facilitate employee development.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience in retail, preferably in a management position.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
