Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing requirements, and developing operational strategies while mentoring your team.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Previous retail experience, with management experience preferred.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 3 years of retail experience with some form of management responsibility.
• Combination of education and experience meeting job requirements.
