Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of successful store management. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and creating operational plans. In addition, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing the store team to achieve optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store appearance and product quality.
• Hire and train store personnel, manage schedules, and communicate job expectations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recommend advancement opportunities, and manage payroll budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on customer service and team development.
• Strong understanding of company policies, management principles, and budgeting.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role, and the ability to operate store equipment.
