Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be fully trained in all aspects of store management to prepare for leading your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and developing the team under your guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and customer concerns effectively.
• Recruit, interview, and train store personnel while overseeing scheduling and workload.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
• Maintain budget targets, ensure competitive positioning, and enhance product offerings.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and inventory control measures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret and enforce company policies.
• Experience in a retail environment, with prior management experience preferred.
• Flexibility for travel and training at various locations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
