Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of running a store to prepare for a leadership role. You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop operational plans while fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
