Join the VASA Fitness team as a Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) in a dynamic and rewarding role. As the GFSTL, you will play a pivotal part in creating an 'UPLIFT' experience by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness activities. Your responsibilities will include maximizing usage of STUDIO and Group Fitness while ensuring exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, focusing on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
• Ensure world-class member experiences through flawless execution of programming and continuous training and development of instructors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building a culture that fosters enthusiasm, passion, and accountability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fitness leadership or management role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community environment.
• Ability to drive performance and exceed targets in a fast-paced fitness setting.
