Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring our members receive exceptional classes that motivate, uplift, and create community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs for STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
• Deliver world-class member experiences by ensuring equipment maintenance, clean spaces, flawless execution of events, and training and coaching instructors for ongoing development.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and establish a culture that embodies VASA's core values.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, and driving performance in fitness or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on training, coaching, and supporting instructor development.
• Passion for fitness, community-building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
