Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through strategic planning and scheduling
• Drive financial targets and KPIs by analyzing performance and optimizing class schedules
• Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining equipment, cleanliness, and executing VASA initiatives flawlessly
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to instructors for continuous development
• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating high energy classes that motivate and engage community members

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fitness leadership or management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, drive results, and meet financial targets
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and creating a positive community environment
• Certification in relevant fitness instruction programs is a plus
