As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent and staff schedules with skilled instructors and coaches.
• Drive STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver world-class member experiences by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and flawless execution of programs.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
• Provide exceptional customer service, foster community, and address member concerns promptly.
