Group Fitness Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Group Fitness Manager to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee a team of Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. Your role will focus on creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and drive performance in the STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and programming is executed flawlessly.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to inspire commitment and growth.
• Create connections with members through high-energy classes that motivate and uplift.
