Group Fitness Program Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness Program Lead to join VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee a team of Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. The position is non-exempt (hourly) with a competitive pay range of $17.50-$19.00 per hour, inclusive of commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through effective management of class schedules and performance analysis.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring clean, safe facilities and flawless execution of VASA initiatives.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development to maintain high-quality classes.
• Focus on creating connections and community within the team to uphold VASA's core values and drive accountability.
