As a HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Work Schedule

• Expected hours: 20-40 per week.
