Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Central Florida - Service Experts. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment in customers' homes. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories following company and manufacturer specifications
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products and services
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property, vehicles, and tools
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with training other installers and quality audits
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification
- Valid EPA and safety certifications
- Advanced skills in installing HVAC equipment and duct work
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy objects
