Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls independently
• Analyze and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Prevent breakdowns through inspections and diagnostics
• Ensure excellent customer service and promote products and services
• Maintain company property, tools, and vehicles

Health & Safety Roles:

• Report unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards immediately
• Comply with safety guidelines and company procedures
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment
• Participate in safety initiatives and committees
• Provide input on safety plans and initiatives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of HVAC experience
• Valid technical training certification and licensing
• EPA and safety certifications
• Proficient in HVAC equipment servicing and troubleshooting
• Effective communication and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
