As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing maintenance and repairs on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Service and diagnose heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
• Ensure company property and tools are properly used and maintained.

Health & Safety Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report any unsafe acts or conditions promptly.
• Comply with safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Participate in safety initiatives and report all incidents immediately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
• Valid HVAC technical training certification and EPA certifications.
• Proficient in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Effective communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
