Responsibilities

• Perform commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls independently
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems promptly with professionalism
• Service and diagnose heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment accurately and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery
• Ensure excellent customer service, promote products and services, and maintain company property
• Adhere to safety protocols, follow standard procedures, and manage company vehicle stock

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification
• Valid licensing and EPA certifications
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, interpreting wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication, and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours and in various environmental conditions
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and maneuver in tight spaces
