Position Summary:
As a Journeyman Plumber, you will diagnose, service, and install plumbing systems in residential and light-commercial settings. You will work under general supervision to ensure compliance with codes and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve customer plumbing problems efficiently.
- Maintain and repair various plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Install and repair piping, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures.
- Interpret drawings and blueprints to plan installations.
- Ensure safety compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma with plumbing training.
- Four years of plumbing experience.
- Plumbing and/or gas license.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool operation skills.
- Effective communication and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility for on-call shifts.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy objects.
