Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools
- Assist in training other installers and quality audits
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of HVAC experience
- EPA and safety certifications required
- Proficient in HVAC equipment installation and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
