Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah for the NOC shift from 6 pm to 6 am. As a Licensed Nurse, you will play a crucial role in safely administering medications and treatments to our residents, ensuring their well-being and care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following professional standards and with care.
- Communicate effectively and document resident information accurately.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and alert appropriate personnel of any changes in condition.
- Assist with medication records, ordering, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the appropriate state.
- Previous experience with the elderly preferred.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Monthly CPR certification is required.
- Background check is mandatory for employment.
