Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
