Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, record observations, and report any changes in condition.
• Assist in nursing assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor the care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
