Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure as required by the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification may be required based on the work setting.
