Job Description

Join our team at Genesis HealthCare's Exeter Center in Exeter, NH, as a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on days, evenings, or nights. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients to collect data and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
