Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will play a key role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents, making a positive impact on their lives and fostering meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
