Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments, supervise patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure with State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
