Job Description
Exeter Center, a 81-bed facility in Exeter, NH, close to Exeter Hospital, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a Per Diem basis. Our facility offers short-term rehab, long-term care, and respite care services.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients' health, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
