Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the medical team.
- Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current state license as a Practical Nurse or pending licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
