Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at the Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
