Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition
- Contribute to nursing care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
