Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Health. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
