Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Pine Lodge's night shift team. As an LPN, you will work twelve-hour shifts, including weekends, under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
