Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health's team. As an LPN, you will provide efficient nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive outcomes for patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Compliance with state licensing requirements.
