Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, supervise unlicensed staff, and ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending State Board of Nursing licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
