Job Description

Genesis Health is looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care assessments and planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per orders.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved school for practical nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
