Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and promote patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Conduct patient assessments and report any changes in condition.
• Assist in nursing care planning and administration of medications and treatments.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by support staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
