Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health. As an essential part of our team, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide top-notch nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients and their families.

Position Highlights

• Assess and monitor patients to report any changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification (if employed at skilled nursing center or as per state requirements).
