Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver quality nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care provided by support staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
