Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Supervise and monitor care provided by support staff
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing
- Current or pending LPN licensure
- Current BLS/CPR certification
